Van Norman received his M.D. degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2002, his Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Internship from West Virginia University School of Medicine 2002-2004. He completed his Residency training in Dermatology from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Van Norman is a member of the Westmoreland County Medical Society and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
